Lost Creek Ranch & Spa is a four star guest ranch and spa nestled between Grand Teton National Park and Bridger Teton National Forest. The positions that are available are varied involving food service, housekeeping, maintenance, activities/wrangler and administrative duties. Employment with Lost Creek Ranch & Spa is an excellent opportunity to experience the grandeur of the Jackson Hole Valley and Grand Teton and Yellowstone National Parks. You will also meet employees and guests from all over the world. We want our employees to have fun but we also work hard as our primary focus is to give 5-Star service to our guests. Being an upscale ranch, our guests expect the best and it is our obligation to make sure that is what they receive. Applicants are considered for all positions based on abilities, skills, and knowledge and without regard to race, color, national origin, religion, sex, age, marital or veteran status, physical or mental disability.

Applicants must be at least 21 years of age when reporting for work. All employees must show proof of citizenship or immigration status upon arrival to the ranch. You will need to produce a valid driver’s license AND an original social security card OR a current passport. If you do not have these items with you at the time of your arrival you will be given three days to produce them. After that time your employment will be terminated.

Our ranch is at an elevation of 7,000 ft. which can have an affect upon health. If you have heart and/or respiratory problems you may not want to consider employment with us. The weather is volatile in June and usually is warmer and more predictable in July and August, however, it has been known to snow up to 8" on July 4th. Be prepared for all types of weather.

Lost Creek Ranch & Spa is located 22 miles north of the town of Jackson. If you arrive without transportation you will need to get rides with newly found friends or be content to stay on the ranch. Our employee housing is fairly rustic, however, we do provide the basic necessities.
